When you belong to a business organization, the Team Homepage replaces the default personal home screen. It serves as a shared dashboard for your entire team, surfacing real-time activity, knowledge metrics, and admin announcements in one place.

The homepage is designed to keep everyone aligned. Admins can set a focus message, post announcements, and pin featured content. All team members see the same intelligence metrics and activity feed, so the whole team stays informed about what is being added, asked, and discovered in the knowledge system.

The Team Homepage is organized into distinct sections, each providing a different view of your team's knowledge activity.

Identity HeaderYour organization logo, name, tagline, and member count. Sets the context for the entire page.
Lumen AI PanelA personalized greeting from Lumen with this-week stats and a quick-ask search bar that navigates directly to Ask.
Intelligence MetricsA four-column grid showing documents added, questions asked, knowledge gaps identified, and entities discovered this week.
Focus MessageAn admin-editable message displayed in a gold-accented card. Use it for quarterly goals, sprint priorities, or team-wide direction.
What's NewAnnouncements and featured content cards (up to 3). Combines admin announcements with pinned or auto-surfaced documents and briefings.
Activity FeedA chronological stream of recent team actions: documents added, questions asked, gaps identified or resolved, and new members.
Team MembersA compact avatar strip showing team members (up to 8) with a total count and a link to the full Team Management page.
Notices ticker: When announcements exist, a ticker bar appears at the very top of the page. Users can cycle through notices or dismiss the bar.
