The Health tab on Reports monitors your entire knowledge system, not just individual documents. It surfaces health scores, key-person risks, freshness metrics, and a detailed breakdown of your coverage. This tab is for admins and managers; members do not get it.

Open Health
Open Workspace, then Analyze → Reports, and choose the Health tab. Admins and managers see this tab; members do not.

Check Your Score
Read the health score at the top. Green is good, yellow needs attention, red needs action.
