Understanding Your Proposal

Learn how the interactive rate card calculator works, what each pricing tier includes, and how to convert from a pilot to a paid subscription.

This guide is for prospective and current customers reviewing a Simply Asking proposal. It explains how pricing is structured, how to use the interactive rate card calculator, and how to transition from a pilot to a paid subscription.

Your proposal includes an interactive rate card calculator that lets you select a tier and add-ons to see your total cost in real time. Here is how to use it:

1

Choose Your Tier

Select the pricing tier (Solo, Build, Scale, or Command) and optionally add agent or tablet add-ons.

2

Add AI Employees

Add agents (for customer-facing AI chat) and tablet devices (for walk-up voice interactions) as needed.

3

Toggle Billing Interval

Switch between monthly and annual billing to see the 20% annual discount applied automatically.

4

Review the Total

The calculator updates instantly as you adjust. The total reflects your tier, add-ons, and any applicable discounts.

Solo ($99/mo)For freelancers and consultants. 1 user, 500 documents, 1,000 messages/month. Full access to Q&A, search, knowledge graph, and integrations.
Build ($749/mo)For small teams (under 20). Unlimited users, 2,500 documents, 5,000 messages/month, 60 voice minutes, 1 agent. Adds team roles, voice, and Content Bundles.
Scale ($2,499/mo)For growing companies (20-200). Unlimited users, 15,000 documents, 20,000 messages/month, 300 voice minutes, 3 agents. Adds cross-doc intelligence, briefs, advanced analytics.

If you are currently on a pilot, the transition to a paid subscription is straightforward:

1

Review Your Proposal

Use the rate card calculator to finalize the team size and add-ons you need.

2

Choose Your Billing Interval

Select monthly or annual billing. Annual saves 20%.

3

Activate Your Subscription

Your account transitions seamlessly. All documents, knowledge graph connections, agents, and configurations from the pilot carry over. Nothing is lost.

4

Add Team Members

Invite the rest of your team. Each addition is prorated for the current billing cycle.

Start small, scale up: You can start on the Solo tier and move to Build, Scale, or Command as your brain grows. Tier upgrades are prorated, so there is no penalty for starting small.
Everything is unlimited except voice: Chat, search, documents, integrations, content generation, knowledge graph, and intelligence tools are all unlimited. Only voice minutes have included allocations with overage pricing.
No lock-in: Monthly plans have no annual commitment. You can change tiers or add-ons at any time, and your billing adjusts automatically with prorated charges and credits.
