Gap Detection shows every question your platform could not answer, separated by who asked it. Navigate to Intelligence > Gap Detection to see gaps organized into three tabs: Internal, Customer-Facing, and Drafts.

Customer-FacingQuestions from customers interacting with your public AI agents and kiosks that the agents could not answer
DraftsAI-generated draft responses created from trending gap patterns, ready for review and publishing

Each tab gives you a focused view of unmet knowledge needs. Use the Internal tab to improve coverage for your team, the Customer-Facing tab to improve your agents, and the Drafts tab to review AI-generated content before publishing it to your knowledge base.
