The Requests page shows every question your platform could not answer, separated by who asked it. Open Requests and pick the Gaps tab, then the From your team, From customers, or Drafts subtab. Each subtab is directly linkable, so you can bookmark or share a URL that opens straight to it.

Each subtab gives you a focused view of unmet knowledge needs. Use the From your team subtab to improve coverage for your team, the From customers subtab to improve your agents, and the Drafts subtab to review AI-generated content before publishing it to your knowledge base.
