Install and use the Simply Asking browser extension

Install Simply Asking from the Chrome Web Store, sign in, and use the Ask, Search, Add, and Chat panels in any browser tab. Includes the Gmail compose attach button.

The Simply Asking browser extension brings your team's knowledge into every browser context. Open the side panel from any tab to ask, search, save, or chat without context-switching. A small Simply Asking button also appears inside Gmail's compose toolbar so you can attach knowledge files directly to the email you are writing.

Pro Tip: Requirements: An active Simply Asking account, Chrome 114 or newer (for side panel support), and a Google account for sign-in.

The extension is distributed through the official Chrome Web Store, so it auto-updates whenever we ship a new version.
