The Workspace Overview is your starting point for managing your knowledge system. Think of it as mission control: see what is happening at a glance and quickly jump to any area that needs attention.

What you can do hereSee quick stats about your team, documents, and requests. Navigate to Team, Analytics, Usage, and Settings pages. Use the Command Palette to locate admin tools quickly. Review recent activity across your organization. Access AI Agents to deploy customer-facing assistants.

Access to Workspace Overview depends on your role:

Personal Account OwnersFull access to Analytics and Usage pages
Business OwnersFull access to all admin features including Team and Settings
Business AdminsAccess to Team, Analytics, Usage, and most Settings
Regular MembersCannot access Workspace Overview. Contact your admin for help.

Business accounts see three cards at the top of Workspace Overview showing key metrics at a glance:

TeamShows active members vs total members. Click to manage your team.
RequestsShows pending resource requests from team members needing your approval.
LibraryShows total documents and processing status. Alerts you if any failed.
Pro Tip: Tip: Each card is clickable! Click on Team to jump to member management, Requests to see pending items, or Library to view your documents.

Below the overview cards, you'll find navigation cards for each admin area. What you see depends on your account type:

Team (Business only)Manage team members, change roles, send invitations, create join links, and organize departments. Learn more
AnalyticsUnderstand how well your knowledge base is performing. See search quality metrics, knowledge graph health, and extraction stats. Learn more
UsageTrack your document and query usage. Business accounts can also manage resource requests from team members. Learn more
Settings (Business only)Configure organization name, billing email, response preferences, and more. Owners can also transfer ownership here. Learn more
AI AgentsCreate and deploy AI-powered assistants for your website. Configure personas, guardrails, and embed widgets to let customers interact with your knowledge base. Learn more

Business accounts see a Recent Activity section at the bottom of Workspace Overview. This shows the latest changes across your organization.

Activity types you might see:

Member joined or left the organization
Role changes (member promoted to admin, etc.)
Settings changes (organization name updated, etc.)
Invitations sent or accepted
Join link created or used
Pro Tip: See more: Click "View all" next to the activity section to see a complete history of organization activity in Settings.

Workspace Overview looks different depending on your account type:

Personal AccountAnalytics (RAG quality, graph health), Usage overview (documents, queries), AI Agents (create and deploy). No Team management, no Settings page.
Business AccountTeam management (members, roles, departments), Settings (org details, preferences), Analytics, Usage + Resource requests, AI Agents.
I can't see Workspace OverviewOnly owners and admins can access Workspace Overview. If you're a regular member or manager, ask your organization admin. If you're the account owner and still can't see it, try signing out and back in.
The overview cards show 0 for everythingIf you just created your organization, metrics may take a few moments to populate. Try refreshing the page. If you're a personal account, you won't see Team or Requests cards.
Command Palette (⌘K) isn't workingThe command palette works from anywhere in the app. Check that another app isn't intercepting the keyboard shortcut.
I'm missing some admin cards (Team, Settings)Team and Settings are only available for team accounts. Solo accounts see Analytics, Usage, and AI Agents. To access team features, you'll need to upgrade to a team plan.
