Account Center is your personal hub for managing everything about your Simply Asking account. Access it by clicking your profile avatar in the top-right corner.

Your profile information is visible to team members in your organization. Keep it up to date so colleagues can identify you.

What You Can Change

Display name: How your name appears across the platform
Avatar: Upload a profile picture or use your initials

What You Cannot Change

Email address: Your login email is fixed. Contact support if you need to change it.

Keep your account secure with a strong password and two-factor authentication.

PasswordChange your password anytime. We recommend using a unique password that you do not use elsewhere. If you signed up with Google, you will not have a Simply Asking password.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)Add an extra layer of security by requiring a code from your phone when logging in. Works with authenticator apps like Google Authenticator or Authy.
Active SessionsView all devices where you're currently logged in. Sign out of sessions you don't recognize.
Pro Tip: Tip: Enable 2FA if you store sensitive documents. It significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access.

The Billing tab is visible to account owners and admins. It shows your current subscription and payment information. For detailed information, see our Billing & Subscriptions guide.

Pro Tip: Note: Team members without admin access won't see the Billing tab. Only owners and admins can manage subscription and payment settings.
